New Hampshire Orthodontist Dr. Philip Mansour

Appointments

We will be as accommodating as possible in scheduling appointments. Treatment visits vary in length of time and are scheduled approximately six to eight weeks apart.

We have developed the following guidelines to ensure successful treatment time:

  • LONG appointments are scheduled during the LATE MORNING & EARLY AFTERNOON. This allows us to work with the majority and a maximum amount of patients who are scheduled for shorter appointments during after-school hours.
  • We make every effort to stay on schedule for you, as we know your time is as valuable as ours.
  • Our schedule is carefully arranged. Your late arrival to an appointment may cause a problem (such as, not allowing adequate time to see you) and, therefore, it may result in the need to reschedule you.
  • Some appointments are quite short. During your treatment, there will be times when adjustments can be done quickly.
  • Emergency appointments are seen during the same business day. If you need an emergency appointment always call our office first.
  • After hour emergencies will be seen if you are in pain.
  • Please realize that missed appointments or numerous appointment changes lead to the extension of treatment time and may result in damage to your teeth and gums.

We understand that circumstances arise that can prevent our patients from keeping their regularly scheduled appointment times. Should this occur, a 24-hour notice is appreciated. If you are unable to provide us with a 24-hour notice, please call our office as soon as possible.
